My Long Frustrating
Battle With Kidney Stones
I was 29 years old,
experiencing life at its fullest. My days were hectic,
handling responsibilities at work, only to come home and face
homework with the kids; running them from activity to activity;
finding quality time for my wife and all of the other stuff modern
families have to deal with. The stress was mounting, but still
I was in control. Unfortunately, that was about to
change.
One evening after work I headed to a local
restaurant with some friends for some much needed R&R.
After spending three hours in the restaurant, I suddenly felt an extreme sudden pain in my abdomen and back, so I excused myself to the bathroom to check if everything was alright. It was verty difficult to urinate and the pain did not go away. I began rationalizing and dismissed it as regular stomach cramps. It was only after I left the bathroom, that the waves of pain had significantly increased and were accompanied by a strong headache that I knew it wasn't just a regular migraine.
The next morning as I went to work, I was surprised to notice a
that the pain in my back and abdomen were still there. I was scared but tried not to think much of it as
I headed off for another busy day at the office. Little did I
know that my Kidney Stones condition was about to get even worse.
Within a few weeks,
I started to feel intense pain in my groins as well and there was little blood in my urine. Before long, these symptoms were acompanied by chills and pain in my genitals as well

A trip to my general
